Responsibilities
- Monitor all network devices and servers.
- Provide periodic reports to the division regarding server and service up-time.
- Provide support to support the client.
- Follow up on other divisions related to problems that occur.
- Provide information to clients related to problems that occur.

Requirement
- Understand and can use network monitoring tools for troubleshooting
- Able to read network reports from monitoring tools (cacti, dude, pandora, Nagios, Zabbix).
- Mastering Linux
- Can use network tools
- Graduated from Vocational School (TKJ with 1-year work experience); D3 / S1 (Fresh graduated); majoring in Informatics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science.
