Responsibilities:

1. Create Purchase Orders
2. Work with our vendors & warehouse staff: submit reports, , resolve discrepancies
3. Process price changes
4. Define rebates
5. Running reports
6. Facilitate the transfer and return of merchandise
7. Generate and send various invoices to vendors
8. Data entry
9. Assisting buyers with other projects as required

Requirement

1. Muslimah (hijab).

2. Must be detail oriented and able to provide accurate work

3. Be friendly, must cooperate well with others

4. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential

5. Must be comfortable working with Excel (proficiency in Outlook, Word, Acrobat and/or a+ accounting software)

6. Must be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously

7. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

8. Retail experience is preferred

9. Must have multitasking skills and work with deadlines

10. Expertise in mathematics

11. Eligible candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and have previous experience
