Responsibilities:
1. Creating Quotation in relationships with Director and associated departments
2. Managing and controlling all the company’s external suppliers with particular emphasis on the price and purchase of Materials
3. Ensure parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for project
4. Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned to the company's needs.
5. Identify new suppliers, agree terms and negotiate supply agreements where appropriate, including discount structures and volume rebates.
6. Continually improve purchasing methods and drive down external spend.
Requirement
1. Obedient Muslim (hijab).
2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics or related field required.
3. Expert in waterproofing, flooring, integral, strengthening
4. Minimum 5 years previous experience in a Purchasing role
5. Proven track record of controlling and reducing external spend whilst developing a robust supplier base.
6. Fully conversant with modern procurement and purchasing techniques.
7. Management and coordination of purchasing activities with relation to Cost, Delivery and Quality performance
