Responsibilities
- Escalate concerns directly impacting a client or the ability to effectively renew and grow a client (Lead Generation)
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the assigned accounts and provide value-added client and industry-financial related knowledge via a consultative approach to become each client’s Trusted Adviser
- Cold calling, Promoting, negotiating or settling commercial operations on behalf of or in the name of the company
- Inform the company about the situation in the target market
Requirement
- D3/S1 in Management/ Communication, Communication Engineering from an accredited university (preferred) or equivalent field experience.
- 1-3 years of sales or pre-sales experience B2B HRIS preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with prevalent professional demeanor.
- Willing to visit client regularly
- Knowledge of Microsoft and CRM is a plus.
- Has extensive networking / Relatives in various sector
- Achievement-oriented with excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills
