HR Generalist
Execute administrative and operational HR tasks, including employee data processing, contract changes, and document archiving.
Take responsibility for the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, CV screening, interviewing, and employee placement aligned with company goals.
Manage the orientation and onboarding program for new employees, ensuring smooth integration with company values.
Provide support employees needs based on existing Standard Operational Procedure.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations in the context of company policies.
Manage the procurement, utilization, and maintenance of company assets and inventory.
Handle payroll and ensuring on-time payments.
Work on-site from monday-saturday.
Requirement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as HR in F&B industry.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and relevant HR policies.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
Ability to manage and execute employee development programs.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage HR data accurately.
Skills in delivering training and presentations to employees.
Proficiency in managing employee performance and recognition programs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good time management skills.
