We have established partnerships with telecommunication companies and banks to build and develop a branchless banking system, server-based e-money system, and internal information systems. We enhance the experience of many business lines who need to grow and spread their market area towards many cities in Indonesia.


To expand the business, Vascomm also built a startup company. The startup company that was built was given the name PT. Visi Syariah Umat which focuses on sharia banking and cooperatives.


We're looking for Business Development to make our company grow fast and we would love someone to keep our business at bay, creating network, and provide new solutions for our business to evolve and grow bigger.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible to generate new business and bringing new clients on-board by prospecting, cold calling, leveraging networks, etc
  • Building strong trusted/strategic advisory relationships with our customers, anticipating their needs and helping them use our products and services to make their businesses more effective and successful.
  • Developing, preparing, and nurturing customers for advocacy.
  • Executing our sales cycle diligently and up-keeping our CRM
  • Providing exceptional understanding and insights of our technology and product.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales revenue goals
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Success Team in providing top notch solution base service
  • Managing account escalations.

Requirement


  • Min 2 year of work experience in client-facing, account management, business development or analyst roles in relevant industries i.e. banking, business services, marketing, market research, consultancies, financial services etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated business acumen for understanding the markets, conducting sales, negotiation, and networking.
  • Independent and highly-motivated, results-driven with significant ongoing curiosity for growth
  • A good understanding of technology, digital, trends and personalities in project-related sectors.
  • Sharp attention to detail, ability to multi-task and priorities activities effectively
