Responsibilities
- Responsible to give the regular report to the related person in charge
- Responsible for giving IT support for the whole tools and applications on the end-user site
- Fulfill the agreed Service Level Agreement/SLA
- Ensure system availability at the premise client

Requirement
- Bachelor degree from computer engineering and information system with 1 year experience Or graduated from vocational high school majoring in software engineering with minimum 2 years experience
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experienced in programming language (PHP Laravel, nodeJS, Rest API)
- Have networking knowledge and understand VPN, TCP
- Familiar with UNIX and RDBMS ex: MySQL atau Oracle
